CK Registration Confirmation

Thank you for your registration!

There are 3 things to do before your registration is confirmed:

1. Pay your deposit.

        This reserves your child's spot for camp.
        We require a 25% non-refundable deposit (if you owe $100 for camp,
        your deposit would be $25; if you owe $600 your deposit would be $150).*
        Use the link above to pay through PayPal or
        You can mail your deposit check (made out to FBC) to
                First Baptist Church
                Cleveland Kids
                340 Church St NE
                Cleveland, TN 37311
        or drop it by the Childhood Ministries office Monday - Thursday
        from 8am-4pm or anytime during church hours.
        *Full payment for each week of camp will be due
        no later than the Monday morning of that week.

2. Download and Print our permission form.

Bring this form with your child on his first day of camp.

3. Choose your child's tracks (5 for each week of camp).

        This link will allow you or your child to pick
        5 track times for each week of camp he is attending.
        We ask that each camper submits those choices by the Wednesday
        prior to his week of camp, however track times are assigned
        on a first-come, first served basis.
